Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles, aiming for gross profit, high customer satisfaction, and strong sales volume. You will work with a best-in-class CRM, build relationships with lenders, and deliver a seamless buying experience.

Strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and at least one year of automotive sales or related experience are required. High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are essential.

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and follow-up to close deals.
• Utilize CRM and lending networks to secure finance for customers.
