Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads online, over the phone, and in person to guide customers through the vehicle purchase.
• Explain options and assist customers from initial contact to in-store experience in a no-haggle environment.
• Close deals and drive customer satisfaction, with follow-up to ensure loyalty and service department transition.
