The e-Commerce Sales Associate helps guide customers online, over the phone and in person through the vehicle purchase process, responding to leads quickly and ensuring a smooth transition to in-store experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include following up with customers, meeting targeted goals, and leveraging technology to assist in sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist online, phone and in-person customers to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads promptly and provide information to close deals in a no-haggle environment.
• Support customers before and after purchase and transition to Service department as needed.
