AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. You will leverage AutoNation’s nationwide inventory and lender network to match customers with the right vehicle and financing options.

In this role, you will build a book of business, excel in a fast-paced environment, and participate in a commission-based pay plan with training and career growth opportunities within a large national retailer.

Formación

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Help customers find the right vehicle and finance options through the lender network.
• Follow up with prospects to build a strong book of business and close deals.
• Provide product knowledge and negotiation support to customers throughout the buying process.
