Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and team execution.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter to handle peak hours and busier periods.
• Support hiring tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation with management input.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and bank deposits.
