O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and overall store operations. You will lead a team, ensure staffing for peak hours, and coach team members toward excellent customer service.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role includes hiring support, order processing, returns handling, and daily opening/closing duties to maintain a secure, customer-friendly store environment.

• Bilingual abilities are encouraged.

Mansioni

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of team members.
• Manage store during Manager’s absence and peak hours.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits.
