Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and/or opposing shifts, and lead the team in servicing customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on coaching, hiring support, and ensuring efficient, friendly service and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and coaching team members to meet goals.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with company policy.
