O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role involves leading the team, handling peak hours, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the showroom including program execution.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and training updates.
• Participate in recruitment and interviewing with management to hire qualified staff.
• Answer telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders; inform customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage outside purchases and special orders efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and issue refunds correctly.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and bank deposit procedures as needed.
• Maintain store building, lot, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
