Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team in servicing customers and manage the store in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure staff follow service programs.
• Ensure staffing for peak hours and assist in hiring, interviewing and training.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits.
• Communicate policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
