Napa Auto Parts is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in the retail store. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.

This role offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization and requires delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience or interest in automotive parts is a plus.

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.

• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools and customer communication devices.
