Genuine Parts Company (NAPA) is seeking a Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers in our retail location. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and help drive store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and friendly service.

This role emphasizes accurate parts identification, efficient checkout with POS systems, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance preferred.

• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance, merchandising, and overall efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards
