NAPA Auto Parts seeks a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in the retail store. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.

This role offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization, with responsibilities spanning sales, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Perform housekeeping, inventory counts, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Contribute to store performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
