Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealership portfolio nationwide. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, service accounts, and manage associated risks.

The role requires deep automotive industry knowledge and a proven client relationship track record. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the automotive industry across sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with key financial terms.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Effective time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Negotiation and collection capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years of related experience; travel 75%+.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Identify portfolio growth opportunities by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive with industry trends.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing tools and services.
• Monitor dealership performance and creditworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
