Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of dealership financing clients. You will develop sales strategies, foster dealer relationships, and oversee servicing and risk assessment for the portfolio.

The role requires automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work remotely with extensive travel. A BA/BS and 3+ years in finance or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent
• 2+ years in finance, sales, account management and/or collections
• 3+ years related experience in finance or sales preferred
• Willingness to travel >75% and possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
