Dent Wizard is hiring a Fixed Operations Manager (FOM) in Danvers, MA. The role reports to a District Manager and focuses on growth, utilization, and management of assigned sites across PDR, Paint, Wheel, Interior, and related services.

The ideal candidate will oversee technicians, drive efficiency, and build strong customer relations while ensuring safety and policy compliance. Compensation ranges with location; strong leadership and operations experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supervising a team.
• Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and lead others.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Paint, body shop, PDR or reconditioning skills a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create and/or implement processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, e-mail.
• Proven ability to sell.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/weekly operations across assigned locations to maximize growth and utilization.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities; build relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/environmental regulations.
• Manage technicians and staff to maintain peak efficiency and quality.
• Schedule and supervise reconditioning workflows, including paint and body operations.
• Prepare operational updates for leadership on performance and accounts.
