You will drive efficiency, ensure high-quality repairs, and maintain strong customer relationships while executing strategic plans with district leaders. The ideal candidate has proven multi-location leadership, P&L experience, and a results-driven approach.

Help us reach new heights and receive the respect, rewards and recognition you deserve.Join our team as a front-line leader and make an impact as an Area Operations Manager.Salary + bonus potential offered for this positionReporting to a District Operations Manager the Area Manager is a responsible for overseeing and leading DW operations fulfilling services to customers and leading technicians.The successful candidate will:Lead and manage a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of resources, technicians, and capital.Expediently and professionally address all customer, operational, and performance concerns.Walk customer inventory to identify future workload requirements and QC repairs.Meet regularly with customers to discuss service levels, repair quality, cycle-time performance and other issues that drive customer satisfaction.Ensure technicians possess the necessary skills, resources, equipment, and information to deliver high quality repairs and customer service.Communicate to keep team informed and up to date in critical information, expectations, company news, etc.On-board new employees, setting them up for success by educating them on role, expectations, processes, and policies.Closely support direct reports/managers optimizing production and day-to-day operations.Sales and Business DevelopmentWork with DM and/or DSM to develop and execute a revenue growth plan to sell additional services within existing customers.Partner with DM and DSM to sell new customers and maximize existing business opportunities.Build and solidify relationships with key customers and network to initiate relationships with prospective customers.Drive results using strategic selling skills and negotiation abilities that create a win-win for the customer and Dent Wizard.Required Qualifications5 years of experience in managing a service-oriented multi-location organization, mobile team with a preference for dealership, rental, auction or automotive experience preferredProfitable management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annuallyExperience managing other leaders and staffs of 20+Travels overnight approximately 10 – 20%Result-drivenPositive, motivating leadership styleFlexible, resilient, diplomatic, tolerantActive listener: credible and persuasive communication style that empowers others and leads decisivelySuccessful strategy implementation and resultsThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.The starting compensation is expected to be:$70,000-$80,000/yearWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
