Dent Wizard is the nation’s leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. We are seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee DW operations and lead technicians across multiple locations.

You will drive efficiency, ensure high-quality repairs, and maintain strong customer relationships while executing strategic plans with district leaders. The ideal candidate has proven multi-location leadership, P&L experience, and a results-driven approach.

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of resources, technicians, and capital.
• Address customer, operational, and performance concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet with customers to discuss service levels, repair quality, cycle-time, and satisfaction.
• On-board new employees and set them up for success with clear expectations and processes.
• Support direct reports in optimizing production and day-to-day operations.
• Drive revenue growth with existing customers and develop new opportunities.
