Job summary

Dent Wizard is the nation’s leading automotive reconditioning and protection provider. We seek a Fixed Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, supervise technicians across PDR, paint, wheel, and interior services, and drive utilization and revenue growth.

You will coordinate training, ensure safety and quality standards, and build strong client relationships for continued business opportunities. This role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supervising a team.
• Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coach, and lead others.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Paint, body shop, PDR or reconditioning skills a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create and/or implement processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, e-mail.
• Proven ability to sell.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate growth opportunities and increase utilization at assigned locations.
• Seek out new business opportunities; build relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with employment, safety, environmental laws and requirements.
• Walk and check in with locations to maximize opportunities within program limits.
• Conduct quality control checks on reconditioning repairs and follow up as needed.
• Ensure technicians have direction, workload, and peak efficiency.
• Manage paint supplies and control waste while maintaining stock.
• Prepare operational updates for DM/ROD outlining performance and accounts.
• Coordinate hail estimates with the Hail Department when needed.
• Promote DW’s reconditioning services to customers.
