Jiffy Lube – Premium Velocity Auto is seeking dependable Automotive Customer Service Advisors who can build trust, guide customers through their visit, and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish. No automotive experience needed — we train, and a valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll lead customers through the full visit and perform basic maintenance tasks as a trained Lube Technician, combining customer care, sales, and hands-on

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles.
• Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations.
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate service updates throughout the visit.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements).
• Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits.
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned.
