Jiffy Lube seeks an Automotive Customer Service Advisor to guide customers through visits and perform basic maintenance as a trained Lube Technician. You will combine customer service, sales, and hands-on automotive work to create strong career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and review service needs
• Explain available services, promotions, and recommendations
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on findings
• Communicate service updates during the visit
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers)
• Review completed services with customers and encourage return visits
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned
