Job summary

Jiffy Lube, Premium Velocity Auto (PVA), is seeking an Automotive Customer Service Advisor. You will guide customers through their visit and perform basic maintenance as a trained Lube Technician. No automotive experience is required as training is provided. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

This full-time role blends customer care, sales, and hands-on automotive work, offering a clear path for growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles
• Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate service updates throughout the visit
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements)
• Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned
