You will guide customers through their visit and perform basic maintenance as a trained Lube Technician, combining customer care with hands-on automotive work to create clear career pathways. No automotive experience is required; training is provided.

A valid driver’s license is preferred. This full-time role emphasizes service, sales, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles
• Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate service updates throughout the visit
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements)
• Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned
