Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates, and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, ensuring alignment with team KPIs and WOW Operating Way standards.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; 1 year experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and participate in daily production walks.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold core values.
