Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and their insurance companies. The estimator will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role emphasizes accurate communication with customers and insurers, adherence to DRP and WOW standards, and active participation in team meetings and training as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring outstanding service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required
• Support all team members when required
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
