Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an outstanding customer experience by accurately estimating vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes clear communication and adherence to DRP and WOW operating standards.

The ideal candidate will assess damage, document required repairs, and help the team achieve facility KPIs while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed and uphold safety standards.
