Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Account Servicing Specialist (30 Days) to manage auto loan accounts 30-60 days delinquent and log activities in our loan software. This full-time role focuses on FDCPA-compliant collections and arranging payment plans with borrowers.

You will negotiate, document, and coordinate skip-tracing efforts, supporting borrowers in keeping their vehicles while meeting loan obligations. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in collections, preferably in subprime consumer lending.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and apply FDCPA and other collections regulations.
• Professional, tactful interaction with customers.
• Flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow FDCPA and company policies in all collections activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative methods.
• Assist borrowers in developing plans to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account activity accurately and professionally.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
