Veros Credit, LLC seeks an Account Servicing Specialist (60 Days) to service auto loan accounts that are 60 days delinquent and document all collection activities using our loan servicing software. The role requires 5+ years in collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of FDCPA, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Candidates should be able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally, tactfully, and sensitively.

Responsabilités

• Follow and ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative methods.
• Assist borrowers in strategies to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
