Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Perry is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated Client Advisors. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, guiding them to the right vehicle, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Previous automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required; training is provided. You will greet customers, learn preferences, demonstrate features, and follow up to build relationships and repeat business.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Learn each customer's needs, wants, budget, and priorities.
• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and discovery drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers.
• Make outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers.
• Set and confirm appointments.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying process.
• Work with sales managers to structure deals and overcome customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM.
• Follow up with previous customers and build a book of repeat and referral business.
• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, incentives, products, and vehicle features.
• Assist with dealership events, social media, and other sales activities.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
