Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Assist customers with basic questions and help connect them with the right person.
• Take clear and accurate messages when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Receive and distribute mail, documents, and other dealership communications.
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, and dealership management.
• Help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere throughout the dealership.
• Assist with additional office and customer-service tasks as needed.
