Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Perry is expanding its sales team and seeks motivated, personable Client Advisors to help customers find the right vehicle and create a superior buying experience.

Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but not required; training is offered to the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to build a lasting career in automotive sales.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Learn each customer's needs, wants, budget, and priorities.
• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and discovery drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers.
• Set and confirm appointments.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying process.
• Work with sales managers to structure deals and overcome customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM.
• Follow up with previous customers and build a book of repeat and referral business.
• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, incentives, products, and vehicle features.
• Assist with dealership events, social media, and other sales activities.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale.

Automotive Client Advisor

Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Perry is growing our sales team and looking for motivated, personable, and competitive individuals to join us as Automotive Client Advisors.

At Heritage, we call our salespeople Client Advisors because the job is about more than simply selling a vehicle. Our goal is to understand what each customer needs, help them find the right vehicle, and create an experience that earns their business now and in the future.

What You'll Do

Automotive Experience

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Successful Client Advisors can come from many different backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, home improvement sales, power sports, insurance, and other customer-facing positions.
