Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers at Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. You will guide them through maintenance and repair, ensuring an exceptional experience and clear communication between customers and technicians.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing work, knowledge of relevant vehicle brands, and proficiency with Tekion DMS. Eligible for full-time, on-site employment with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience as Service Advisor/ASM in automotive dealership.
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram models is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Tekion DMS and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly on arrival.
• Document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders (ROs).
• Advise on recommended services based on OEM guidelines and findings.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.
• Maintain communication with customers about repairs and delays.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager for timely completion.
• Ensure warranty and manufacturer processes are followed.
• Assist with loaner/shuttle coordination and post-service follow-up.
