Job summary

Lovechevysales, an automotive dealership, is seeking an Experienced BDC Representative for the Homosassa, FL location to convert online and phone leads into appointments and sales. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries while providing accurate product information and a smooth, courteous customer experience.

You'll manage leads in the CRM, follow up consistently, and work with sales, service, and marketing to move prospects through the buying process.

Qualifications

• One to two years of BDC experience in an automotive setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional certificate preferred.
• Ability to read and respond to multiple channels of inquiries.

Responsibilities
