Qualifications

• Previous Automotive BDC experience required.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Generate appointments via proactive inbound/outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
• Set appointments with potential customers.
• Respond to internet leads immediately.
• Work live chat program.
• Listen to customer needs and guide vehicle options.
• Provide superior customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed customer requirements.
• Direct customers to product information resources including online resources.
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Respond to call-ins and internet car sales inquiries.
• Assist with data collection to facilitate car sales.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
