Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years prior BDC experience.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound communications: answering phone calls, online inquiries, and managing leads.
• Scheduling appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.
• Providing product information about vehicles, services, and dealership offerings.
• Follow-up and lead management: tracking progress and timely responses.
• Building relationships and creating a positive first impression for customers.
• Meeting monthly targets and contributing to department goals.
