Five Star Chevrolet is seeking a Business Development Center Representative to manage customer inquiries from our website and return emails/voicemails. You will set appointments, qualify needs, and guide customers toward the appropriate sales consultant to complete the sales process.

The role involves following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, generating referrals, and collaborating with the Internet Team to optimize processes and meet sales objectives.

Formación

• Experience in automotive sales or BDC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail.
• Support online customers by setting appointments.
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Assign customers to a Full Time Sales Consultant to complete the sales process.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads and referrals.
• Work with Internet Team to maintain processes and achieve sales objectives.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process without being a sales position.
