Freeland Chevrolet is seeking a passionate BDC Manager to lead the dealership’s Business Development Center, driving sales and service opportunities through effective communication, appointment setting, and lead management.

In this role you will train and motivate the BDC team, monitor leads from internet, phone, and third-party sources, and ensure timely follow-up and high-quality customer experiences across the CRM. A proactive, metric-driven leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in BDC, Internet Sales, or Sales management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the BDC team to achieve goals
• Monitor internet, phone, and third‑party leads
• Ensure timely contact and follow‑up with prospects
• Develop and refine follow-up processes for prospects
• Track scheduling, show rates, and closing ratios
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to ensure seamless experiences
• Review performance reports and coach for improvement
• Recruit and onboard BDC personnel
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Develop call scripts and email/text templates
• Handle escalated customer concerns and privacy compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
