Job summary

Mechanicsville Toyota in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a full-time administrator to handle a high volume of inbound calls, schedule vehicle service appointments with the service department, greet customers, and document interactions in the system.

Strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and adherence to dealership processes are essential. Previous call-center or receptionist experience is preferred; multiple language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer and phone skills required.
• Typing speed 35–40 wpm minimum.
• Experience using customer tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Partner with the service department to schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Greet customers and provide information on shuttle schedule if needed.
• Identify automotive service needs and document in the system.
• Follow dealership processes with high contact frequency.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all contacts in the CRM.
• Adhere to Asbury phone scripts and scripts for data collection.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
