Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Sales Appointment Setter/BDC to support the sales team at our Sanford, NC location. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads using scripts and a CRM system.

Training is provided, with a base plus bonus compensation and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong teamwork, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat using scripts/templates.
• Follow up with leads for 90 days and with no-shows.
• Provide product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Walk the lot to stay updated on inventory.
