Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston is seeking a motivated sales appointment setter/BDC representative. You will be the first contact for internet sales leads, providing product information and scheduling appointments with a sales professional.

Training is provided, and no prior automotive experience is required. We offer a 5-day work week with Sundays off, flexible Saturday shifts, and a base plus bonus compensation plan, plus strong health benefits, 401k with match, and ongoing career growth

Formación

• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Positive and hardworking demeanor.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use computer software.
• Valid Driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Continuous follow-up with interested leads for 90 days and with leads not ready to book.
• Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Use CRM daily and stay up-to-date on inventory.
• Assist with vehicle fueling and hand-off to detailing.
