Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group in Oklahoma is seeking a customer-focused Sales Appointment Setter/BDC rep. You will answer calls, respond to inquiries, and actively follow up with leads to schedule and maintain appointments. No prior automotive experience is needed as training is provided.

You'll work with a collaborative team, use CRM daily, and stay up to date on inventory while supporting dealership resources and vehicles through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to use common computer software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Follow up with leads for 90 days and with no-shows.
• Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
• Walk the lot to stay up to date on inventory.
• Assist with getting vehicles fueled up and to detail department.
