Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an energetic sales appointment setter/BDC representative at our Sanford, NC location. You will be the first contact for internet leads, answering inquiries and scheduling appointments with a sales professional. Prior customer service experience and teamwork are valued as you guide guests to the right resources.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to use computer software and CRM systems.
• Motivated, team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Continuously follow-up with interested leads for 90 days and with not-ready leads.
• Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
• Walk the lot to stay up to date on inventory.
• Assist with getting vehicles fueled and moved to detail.
