Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group's Fred Anderson location is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented sales appointment setter/BDC representative. You will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments, contributing to a smooth sales process.

No automotive experience required; training provided. The role offers base plus bonus, benefits, and paths for growth within our family‑owned group, with a culture of care and opportunities across our Southeast markets.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Excellent teamwork skills and positive, hardworking demeanor.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use software.
• Time management and strong listening abilities; organize well.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and set up sales appointments for customers.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat using scripts.
• Follow up with interested leads for up to 90 days and with no-shows.
• Provide product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Participate in team/process development and maintain positive relationships.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.
• Walk the lot to stay up to date on inventory.
• Assist with fueling vehicles and moving them to detailing.
