• Maintain product knowledge and drive appointments and sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs.
• Answer all calls promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Document customer information in the CRM system.
• Enter all appointments into the dealership CMS.
• Adhere to Asbury phone scripts and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and certifications.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals and activity targets.
• High-volume outreach: 50+ calls and 50+ emails daily.
