Job summary

Koons Tysons CDJR is seeking a motivated BDC Service Agent to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails. You will identify customer needs, provide appointment availability, and partner with service advisors to coordinate vehicle service.

Greet customers, relay shuttle information, document interactions in the system, and adhere to dealership scripts. A strong focus on customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to receive a high amount of inbound calls.
• Schedule service appointments with the service department.
• Greet customers and share shuttle information when needed.
• Thorough documentation of all contacts in the CRM.
• Follow dealership processes and use phone scripts.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails to inform customers about service appointments.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on appointment availability.
• Partner with service advisors to research issues and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Document all interactions accurately in the customer management system.
• Maintain daily service work plans and meet performance standards.
