Job summary

Asbury in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Agent to join our automotive team. You will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, identify customer needs, and schedule vehicle sales appointments.

You will greet customers, document interactions in our CRM, follow dealership processes, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused car-buying experience. Prior retail or call-center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDC, retail, sales, call center, or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls (50+ per day) and maintain professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on appointment availability.
• Schedule vehicle sales appointments with the sales team.
• Greet customers and document interactions in the CRM.
• Complete internet lead management daily.
• Adhere to dealership processes and use scripts for consistency.
