Job summary

Koons Woodbridge Ford is seeking energetic BDC Sales Agents to build relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and help redefine the car-buying experience. You will manage high-volume calls and emails, identify needs, and document information in the system.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and motivation to succeed.
• Advanced computer and phone skills with high typing speed (35–40 wpm).
• Experience using customer tracking systems to track calls and inquiries.
• Prior retail, sales, service BDC, or call center experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Document customer information in the CRM as per scripts.
• Enter appointments into the dealership system and follow up daily.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals for calls, appointments, and show/sale rates.
