Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to receive a high amount of inbound calls.
• Partner with the service department to schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Greet customers and provide information on shuttle schedule if needed.
• Identify automotive service needs and communicate with customers.
• Follow dealership processes with high contact frequency.
• Thorough documentation of all contacts in the CRM system.
• Complete internet lead management service work plans daily.
• Answer all calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound/outbound calls and emails to identify customer needs and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with service advisors to optimize the service schedule and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
