Andy Mohr is seeking a Business Development Representative in Palatine, IL to manage inbound and outbound communications with internet leads, setting showroom visits and appointments.

You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain CRM data, and stay knowledgeable about vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions while coordinating with coworkers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in sales or service environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts from internet leads to schedule showroom visits.
• Set and confirm appointments to reduce no-show rates.
• Perform high-volume outbound follow-ups (50–150 calls/day) to keep customers engaged.
• Enter and maintain accurate CRM data for marketing and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer experience with product knowledge on inventory, pricing, promotions, and incentives.
• Coordinate with teammates when others are out of the office.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and dealership processes.
