Leader Automotive is hiring an Automotive Dealership Sales and Service BDC Representative at our Peoria location. You will lead customer engagement for sales and service, manage inbound and outbound leads, and drive appointment bookings to boost revenue for both departments.

The role requires dealership experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is expected, with knowledge of automotive processes a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership environment, preferably in sales or service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of automotive sales/services and repair processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase sale and service appointment bookings and follow up with existing customers for maintenance and service visits.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage customers and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with the service department to manage customer appointments and service work.
• Monitor performance metrics like appointment scheduling and conversion rates to identify improvements.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by promptly addressing issues and concerns.
