Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Sales BDC Representative to connect with prospective customers, respond to inquiries, schedule showroom appointments, and support our Sales Department. You will communicate via phone, text, email, and chat, respond to internet leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Training and growth opportunities are available within our family-owned dealership.

Qualificações

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.

• Communicate with prospective customers via phone, text, email, and chat to answer questions and provide vehicle information.

• Confirm appointments and update lead/customer records in the dealership CRM.
• Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and follow-up activities.
